Your information, thoughtfully handled.

Private submission details—your full name and email—are available to administrators for moderation. They are excluded from community responses and AI drafting.

Event locations, designated RSVP contacts and approved newsletter content may be shared with community members and newsletter recipients. Email can be forwarded. A shared access code is a convenience, not proof of residency or a guarantee of confidentiality.

Subscriptions require separate consent and email confirmation. Every edition includes an unsubscribe link. Photos require permission. Community News is published only after admin approval. Newsletter email is not available in the initial release.

Contact forms collect your reply email, subject and message so community admins can respond. They do not subscribe you to the newsletter. Email links open your email app; the initial release does not submit contact messages through the website.

Retention and requests

Submissions and moderation records are retained to operate the community hub. To request a correction or removal of your information, contact watersidebensalempa@gmail.com. An admin will review your request.

The website uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for its database, administrator authentication and private image storage. Approved posts and designated public contacts can be viewed by people with community access. Keep sensitive information out of public post descriptions.
